Sylvie + Sage (N.):
Naming a business, what a task. Over the years of dabbling in different creative outlets both together and apart we’ve sure played with quite a few names. It wasn’t until we arrived at Sylvie + Sage Homes that we truly felt settled.
Sylvie comes from my late Grandma Sylvia. She was the rock of our family and always had the home bustling with family, food, comfort and all things warm. On the flip side, she had quite the knack for collections, leaving her home filled to the brim with clutter and knick knacks. Her home had qualities that we see in many of our clients. Both the overwhelmed beginning and the end goal of becoming a warm, welcoming space for everyone to live efficiently and gather together.
Sage comes from our love of plants, clean energy, and renewal. Our end goal for all of our clients is to clear the clutter, disorganization, and unsettled pieces allowing new energy to make each home the most efficient it can be while letting its unique style and beauty shine through.
Megan Wing:
Over the years I've found I enjoy dabbling in a little bit of everything and trying new things each day. I started my career working at a commercial photography/video studio while running a furniture restoration company with my Mom on the side.
A few years into my new producing career I purchased a duplex and decided to leave the studio to take restoring furniture on full time as I explored a new career in real estate. I always enjoyed getting to know my clients in a way that allowed me to take their ideas, concepts, and dreams and bring them to life for photo and video shoots but with homes this allows me to take that mentality to a whole new level.
With the unlimited tools and support I receive from my partner and mother we’re able to provide our clients with the highest quality experience in home buying, selling, designing, organizing and staging. It’s not every day you get to turn your dreams into a reality and as I watch it unfold in my own life, I strive to provide that opportunity to as many others as I can.
Lorelei Chrnelich:
Even as a young child, design, organization and the energy of a space has always been second nature to me. I grew up in a home that was always beautiful, organized and full of some sort of creative endeavor. Growing up in that environment reinforced how important a home that nurtures creativity truly is.
Which begs the question of how I opted for a career in accounting? Even in accounting, I found myself adding my own twist. Much of my time was spent helping businesses create a solid foundation and then successfully navigate fast paced growth. I loved the challenge of identifying what was working, and what was not, and then creating a plan with systems that would help a business grow to its full potential.
Which leads us to Sylvie + Sage . . . what would happen if we took that same blueprint and applied it to your home? By identifying what is working, and what is not in your space, we can help you take the ordinary and create something extraordinary for your home.
